The clients of this spectacular home in Little Cove Noosa were looking for an air conditioning solution that was discreet and aesthetically pleasing, because of their high raked ceilings ducted air con was not an option. Aria Air recommended a VRV bulkhead system, we worked with the client and cabinet maker to hide the air con behind an integrated grille in the kitchen as seen in the pictures above. Interestingly the grille was actually routed out from the kitchen cabinetry.

This house has been featured on Australia’s most popular design blog, The Design Files. Lucy Feagins even made mention of Aria’s design she said “The couple had to ‘get creative’ with installing an air conditioner, opting to make a design feature out of it by installing a grille above the kitchen cupboards, which broke up the tall charcoal cabinetry.”
