Aria installed two ducted systems in this breathtaking beachfront home in Kingscliff. This high end home required the best air conditioning system on the market (from Daikin Air conditioners). We worked extensively with the builder to make this happen as he’s well known for his ‘out of the box ideas’. We installed matte black linear slot grilles into the teak ceiling in the living room so as not to detract from the feature ceiling. 

We installed linear bar diffusers into the designer kitchen cabinetry (as the client wanted a seamless finish). The kitchen was a focal point of the house with a 6 tonne solid piece of marble for the island bench top. A superbly finished product, which featured a copper roof, dramatic entry over a fish pond, first floor roof lawn and a pond that helps heat the 360 degree vanishing edge pool.
